Personal data administrator

  1. The administrator of personal data is Monamica, a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw at Q22, Jana Pawła II 22 Street (00-133), KRS/National Court Registry: 0000872066, NIP/Tax ID: PL5213914123, REGON/Official Register of National Economy Units: 387664361, hereinafter: "Administrator". Contact with Administrator: office@monamica.com.

Personal data collected by Administrator are processed on the terms specified in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR") and in Polish regulations issued in connection with the GDPR, including the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data. Administrator keeps personal data confidential and protects them against unauthorized access by third parties on the terms set out in the above-mentioned legal acts.

The scope and purpose of personal data processing

As part of its activities, Administrator collects and processes personal data:

  1. in order to conclude and implement contracts concluded with the Users of the Website https://monamica.com/, as well as for the correct and full implementation of the ordered service and to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on Administrator (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) b GDPR, art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR);
  2. in order to send commercial information (newsletter) to the e-mail address provided by the User during registration on the Website (legal basis art. 6(1)(a) RODO);
  3. for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator: for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure IT security related to the website https://monamica.com/(legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) .

Your rights

  1. Processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis, however, depending on circumstances, refusing to provide data or requesting their removal may prevent us, for example, from performing the service correctly and fully.
  2. You have the right to access your personal data; the right to rectify it; delete or restrict its processing; the right to data transfer; the right to object if the processing is based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR.
  3. Where the processing of your data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by sending an appropriate statement to office@monamica.com. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

 

  1. You have the right to file a complaint related to the processing of your personal data by Administrator to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Processing period

The data is stored for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and limitation of claims, as well as until the appropriate legitimate interests are realized by Administrator. We send the newsletter and other similar information until the consent is withdrawn or objection is raised in this regard.

Social media

  1. The processing of personal data in the operation of the fanpage concerns:
  2. data identifying the profile of the portal User (usually including name and surname);
  3. profile photos;
  4. content of comments posted by the portal User.
  5. Your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest.
  6. The purpose of the processing of personal data of the portal Users is to operate a fanpage on the social networking site Facebook and LinkedIn, under the terms and conditions laid down by Facebook Inc., Facebook Ireland ltd. and LinkedIn Corporation and to inform through it about our activity, and for the purpose of communication through the available functionalities of Facebook and LinkedIn (comments, chat, messages).
  7. Personal data collected through communication will only be processed for the purpose of responding to you.
  8. personal data that we hold in private messages is stored until you object to further processing of such data. In the case of information that we hold as part of the comments you provide, it is available on our fanpage until deleted by:
  9. the author or,
  10. in justified cases by the Administrator, e.g. in the case of posting comments on the fanpage inciting violence, promoting hatred or being spam or a form of recommending the services of another entity.

Transferring personal data to other entities

Recipients of your personal data may be authorized employees of Administrator, external service providers, e.g. entities providing IT and marketing services (in particular Benhauer Sp. z o. o. - SALESmanago operator), hosting providers (Shopify Inc.), internet payment service providers (PayU sp. A. Or Stripe Inc.), carriers, insurers, subcontractors,  the operators of the social networking site Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd., Dublin, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour and Facebook Inc.) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation) and other entities processing data on behalf of Administrator on the basis of a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data, as well as accountants, lawyers, administrative bodies, state services and courts.

Data transfer to third countries (outside the European Economic Area)

Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, such as the USA, in connection with the Administrator's use of the services of entities based outside the European Economic Area (Google Inc, Facebook, Instagram), in order to ensure regularity, efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided. In this case, the Administrator, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, implements security measures aimed at ensuring proper processing and adequate protection of your personal data.

No profiling

Your personal data shall not be subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated personal data processing.

  1. COOKIES

Administrator stores and accesses cookies, i.e. small text information sent by the web server and saved on the User’s hard drive or other data carrier, in order to ensure: proper functioning of the website, website configuration, website security and reliability, session status monitoring or analysis, statistics, research and audit of website views and display of personalized advertisements. In particular, Administrator uses cookies to collect general and anonymous static data via Google Analytics analytical tools [cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA].
  2. By entering the website, the User is identified (in the form of a cookie file). The data about the User is transferred to: Google Inc., Facebook Inc. and Benhauer Sp. z o. o. (SALESmanago) - by the use of tracking codes.
  3. If the User is an identified user (they have completed the contact form integrated with SALESmanago and confirmed their consent to marketing), then they are personally identified - in the SALESmanago system there is information about the User's activity on the website. Based on this activity, the User is assigned appropriate tags and targeted with specific messages.
  4. Information on the content of the User's panel is sent to SALESmanago and on its basis appropriate tags are assigned to the User and specific content is sent.
  5. You can change your cookie settings yourself and at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to your Device via cookies. You can change the settings using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time cookies are placed on your Device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
  6. You can delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser you use.
  7. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service website.
  8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes made to the Privacy Policy in the future will be published on the Service website. We recommend that you visit our website regularly to check for updates to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept our Privacy Policy or changes to the Privacy Policy, you should stop using our website.
