Shipping & returns

Free global shipping

We're committed to making your Monamica shopping experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. That's why:

  • We offer free shipping & returns worldwide.
  • All orders are fully insured up to 50 000€ in value.

  • Your jewellery is shipped within 24-48 hours.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or Brinks. You will receive a tracking number for your package so that you can see its progress. For your protection we require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to PO boxes.

30 days returns

Monamica offers a 30-day full money back guarantee, no questions asked. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Payment methods

We use Stripe as our main international payments solution. Stripe is a leading online payments provider, ensuring safe and comfortable online checkout process. Stripe supports 135+ currencies, all major credit and debit cards, as well as a number of local payment methods such as Giropay, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, Bancontact and many more.

We also accept payments via Paypal and bank transfer.

Lifetime warranty & maintenance

Lifetime warranty
We handcraft our jewellery with the highest quality and care, ensuring it is free from any defects. However, if you believe that your jewellery does have a manufacturing defect, we'll either repair or replace the item free of charge. Our warranty also covers all damages and defects during normal, everyday wear for the lifetime of the product.

Complimentary maintenance and inspections
To ensure that your jewellery always looks as brilliant as the day you bought it, we provide lifetime complimentary maintenance, including cleaning and inspecting the diamonds' setting. We recommend sending us your jewellery every 6-12 months. Please contact us at contact@monamica.com if you wish to schedule your maintenance service.

Ring resizing

Rings bought on Monamica.com or through our local sales representatives are eligible for a complimentary resizing within 30 days after the purchase. However, resizing might not be possible in some rings, due to their structure. Packaging details

Monanica jewellery is beautifully contained in a luxurious gift box with protective outer packaging. Every order includes diamond certificates by GIA, IGI or HRD and a receipt.
